Nokia, the smartphone maker, has unveiled the latest handset with cool design and specifications. It has a rugged design to withstand drops and can resist water. The price tag of the latest Nokia smartphone is €499. It has a 3-year warranty, and a free screen replacement for the first year. The company has already started pre-order in Europe on Nokia’s website. The shipping will start on August 3.

Specifications of Nokia XR20

The handset sports a 6.67-inch FHD+ display with a 20:9 aspect ratio, and a brightness level of 550 nits. The resolution is 2400 x 1080 pixels, and it features a punch hole at the centre position of the screen. The handset has the protection of the Gorilla Glass Victus so that wet hands or with a glove on doesn’t do any harm.

The mobile phone has the support of a Snapdragon 480 processor along with 4GB RAM + 64GB and 6GB RAM + 128GB. Nokia XR20 has a MicroSD card slot as well.

As far as the cameras are concerned, the device comes with a dual camera setup on the back. It packs a 48MP main camera, and a 12MP ultra wide angle camera and two LEDs for flash. SpeedWarp mode for capturing memories with super stabilization and Spatial OZO audio recording are the other features of the new smartphone. It also supports an 8MP sensor. 

It has a side-mounted fingerprint scanner. It also supports a dedicated button for Google Assistant along with a programmable red button. The company has included military-grade MIL-STD-810H to survive any kind of test. It packs an accessory loop at the bottom left corner for a lanyard. It houses stereo speakers.

In terms of the connectivity options, the mobile phone packs Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, NFC, an audio jack, and a USB-C (USB 3.0 port). It has the support of a 4630mAh battery with 18W fast charging, 15W wireless fast charging, and Quick Charge 4.0. There is no charger inside the box.

The device comes with Android 11 out of the box. The company claims three years of OS upgrades with four years of security updates.
