The school bag is coming with innovative features like GPS and more on the board. The newly announced Huawei 9um Smart Positioning Children’s Schoolbag features smart positioning capability that will enable parents to track their special one the same features Beidou. The school bag is also powered by GPS and that means you will get accurate outdoor location information.

It is also featuring app control and the company powers the school by using the in-house HarmonyOS Connect. It is coming with the companion app called the “Smart Life” and you need to connect the school bag with this particular app. The companion app is offering three guard areas – home/school/other. After setting up the guard areas, parents will start receiving alerts when the little one enters and exits through the area.

Huawei 9um Smart Positioning Children’s Schoolbag also comes with the ability to provide two minutes of location information in real-time and you can able to track history and retain the same for up to three months.

The ergonomics is very crucial in school bags and the newly announced smart school bag is coming with a five-dimensional load-reducing design and the same is also featuring a U-shaped shoulder strap design as well. That means it will be comfortable in the little arms of your heart.

It is also featuring a 1.54-inch IP67 dustproof and waterproof fun screen display. Don’t expect any video games on the display but the same will showcase information like class schedules, electronic signatures, theme clocks, among others. That class can be scheduled by parents via the companion app.

Regarding the pricing and availability, the company is yet to reveal the pricing and availability for the general people but currently, it is available for testers on Vmall in China and testers can able to get the school bag for 699 yuan.
