Great news to VR Game lovers with disabilities! They can enjoy the VR Games now, through the new Walkin VR solution. 

To those who are new to (VR) Virtual reality its one of the latest technologies in the world and its wide-ranging in concept and development. The new found WalkinVR software allows the disabled player with the best experience.  This was developed by Grzegorz Bednarski, it’s compatible with SteamVR.

This software can be an all- in- one solution to all those who want to enjoy VR gaming, the players who don’t have the essential physical movement to relish the full gaming experience.  WalkinVR has been proven to help people with various diseases where they cannot move.  People suffering from cerebral palsy, spinal cord injury, traumatic brain injury, muscular dystrophies, spinal muscular atrophies, neuropathy and orthopedic problems when trying to play with WalkinVR were positively influenced and motivated too. Which is a positive sign towards good health. These VA games have influenced the patients a lot as they get more focused on their tasks making them much bolder during their functional therapy or VR sessions. 

The people who are in a wheelchair or have a spinal muscular atrophy, have lots of options to cover, the above set of people with disabilities often face issues when playing VR Games, like turning or motion control at a required height to interact with the environment. This new software has features enhancing the movement range for the hands, for turning, leaning and crouching a virtual movement feature has been provided.  With the help of an Azure device or Kinect it can be tracked. If a disabled gamer cannot use the gamepad buttons a third-party assistance is allowed by the WalkinVR. 

This new VR version is built to work with all videogames and applications available on SteamVR. WalkinVR supports Oculus Rift, HTC Vive, Valve Index and Windows Mixed Reality headsets.
